SCOUTING OVERVIEW
Glance has drawn attention in early 2027 draft discussions and shares a Saint John environment with fellow prospect Alexis Joseph. His development will be measured by how consistently he can influence play and create quality chances.
OFFENSIVE TOOLS AND HOCKEY IQ
The offensive evaluation should focus on how effectively he finds space, supports puck carriers and turns possession into chances rather than relying solely on point totals.
SKATING AND TRANSITION
Acceleration, separation and speed of execution will be important checkpoints as he faces stronger competition.
TWO-WAY DEVELOPMENT
His projection benefits from developing reliable forechecking habits, defensive awareness and a consistent compete level.
KEY STRENGTHS
Draft-year visibility, development opportunity in the QMJHL, offensive upside
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Establishing a repeatable offensive identity, physical maturity, defensive detail
NHL PROJECTION
Possible NHL scoring forward; role and draft range remain open pending fuller scouting evidence.
THE PUCK PIPELINE VERDICT
Glance deserves close monitoring, but a firm NHL role projection would be premature without more verified shift-level evidence.
